He helped create the first hemp THC and non-alcoholic beverage portfolio company, served among the first eight Founding Board Members of the Hemp Beverage Alliance, and was part of the first twelve Founding Board Members of the Coalition for Adult Beverage Alternatives—shaping the “better-for-you” beverage revolution.
His journey is a masterclass in creativity and execution. Douglas scaled cannabis-infused and functional wellness beverages with Tinley Beverage Co., and launched L.A. Christine, a premium skincare brand grounded in clean beauty and GMP-certified manufacturing—proof that disciplined systems turn bold ideas into durable brands.
Before CPG, he built global entertainment and media partnerships with MGM, CBS, Disney, and ABC. As President of Dave Networksand SVP Europe at SBS Broadcasting, he led channel launches across multiple markets and earned recognition including Slovenia’s Viktor Awards, with features in Time Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter.
Spanning three public company IPOs (NASDAQ and CSE/OTC) and three successful exits, Douglas turns concepts into market results. Whether building international operations, managing multi-state distribution, or advising global brands on innovation strategy, he combines rare insight with relentless follow-through.
